WHEN

The mandatory call times are listed below, but if you’d like to do a sound check or run-through of your number, you can schedule a time earlier in the day (as soon as sound is set up). Access to the venue will begin as early as 10:00am on Saturday. If you need to drop off anything in the dressing room or want to start getting ready, you’re welcome to arrive as soon as 10:00am.

18+ EARLY SHOW
On site and ready to perform at 4:00pm
Doors open at 5:00pm
Show 5:30 - 7:30pm

21+ LATE SHOW
On site and ready to perform at 7:30pm
Doors open at 8:30pm
Show 9:00 - 11:00pm

DRESSING ROOM

A large dressing room area will be set up in ballroom F, adjacent to the show room. Tables, chairs, mirrors and clothing racks will be in place for your use.

Notes to consider:

  • If you need makeup lighting, you’re welcome to bring your own lights (overhead lighting will be on, but mirror lighting will not be provided)

  • Extension cords may be helpful to run power to your station

  • We provide water, other non-alcoholic drinks and light snacks, but you’re welcome to bring you’re own. *If you are performing at both shows, we will provide a meal in between the early and late events.

PAYMENT

You will be able to collect all tips and your compensation check at the end of your show(s). Kent Carollo will be your point of contact for payment on site. If you have any questions about where to pick up your check and tips, simply ask for him. Please remember to pick up your payment as delivering and mailing checks becomes logistically difficult for our volunteer staff after the fact. Furthermore, we want be sure you’re paid promptly and handing your your payment is the most efficient way to ensure you receive it.

SUBMITTING YOUR PERFORMANCE TRACKS

Please email your performance tracks no later than April 11. Having your music is critical to how we plan the sequence of each show and get our schedule finalized.

  • Email your track to cole@prideofsouthernutah.org

  • Your tracks can be audio files or links to songs on streaming platforms. If your track is in another format, please let us know where to find it.
